After deliberately leaving Mieschke Hofmann and Partner (MHP) as managing director and shareholder, Dr. Lutz Mieschke founded Mieschke AG and Mieschke Investments AG based in Zug/Switzerland, as part of the establishment of a new Mieschke Group.

Mieschke Hofmann und Partner has a staff contingent of 3,000 and an annual turnover of 500 million Francs, and prides itself on being the leading process and IT consultancy for automotives.

Before founding Mieschke Hofmann und Partner (MHP) together with Dr. Ralf Hofmann in 1996, Dr. Lutz Mieschke worked for an IBM consulting firm in Germany and for Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.

He attended the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, where he obtained a degree in industrial engineering, and went on to earn a doctorate in engineering at the University of Essen.
